Happy HO HO month.

It's the MOST wonderful time of the year ! Day one of December - so let's start it off with a BANG. And by Bang I mean a Christmas "Something we did" craft.

Since I have a 2 year old, I can get away with sending homemade Christmas cards, jealous ? Have a baby, you could have homemade Christmas cards too !

I knew that this year I wanted to have my Christmas cards be a little different than previous years. Since C.A.P (please refer to "about me" for the deets on him!) is now a bit older and enjoys making crafts, I wanted to include him in the card making business. I planned on making them myself I just wasn't sure what I wanted on the front of them. When I found these cute kid cards on Pinterest I knew what route to take - HERS. haha! (note: I will attach the link to the original site I got the idea from at the bottom of my post)

Enjoy !

What I used :
3 red Bristol board sheets
Different Crayola paint colours
Scissors
Black marker & pencil
A Cup of tea(or two) and my Blackberry...told ya it was my one material thing I couldn't live without.

Our first brown thumb prints - looks like......hrm chocolate?

After a few cards, I got one of these faces.
Description : Mom I'm already sick of doing your card crafts, can I please go play with my cars now ?

The finished product: Our 2011 lights and reindeer Christmas Cards :)

Hope you enjoyed today's "Something we made"
Tune in tomorrow for something different !

"Bye.Cya" - As C.A.P would say.

Like promised, here is where I got the idea to do the cards :)
