Very easy.
Fast.
Yummy.
This supper idea was inspired by a "I don't feel like running to the grocery store so I'll make due with things I have in the house" thought.
Don't stop reading yet though, because I swear it's a tasty one !
What I used :
A can of low sodium creme of mushroom soup
A half of cup of low fat sour creme
Old Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Potatoes
Carrots
Onions
Cut up ham from a previous night
What I did:
Cut all veggies and ham up into small piece
Mix together in baking dish
In separate bowl, mix together can of mushroom soup, sour creme and a bit of water (like maybe 2 tablespoons)
Pour over veggies and ham then mix together
Sprinkle grated cheese (amount desired) over the top and cook at 350 for about an hour
Enjoy !
Thanks for stopping in - Come back tomorrow
We are having our annual Superbowl get together with friends this evening so I'm off to eat some "not so healthy" food, hrm, I mean watch the game !
