Cha Cha Chicken

Chicken Enchiladas!
Nom. Nom. Nom.
I made these last week, took a picture, then deleted it ! By mistake - but they are yummy I promise !

What ya need :

2 boneless chicken breast (Cut into think stripes)
Small 4 ounce can of green chilies
2 cups of moza cheese
container of sour creme
2-3 tablespoons of butter (you all know me and measurements - I never do it !)
2(ish) cups of chicken broth (Again, I'm trying, I'm trying :)
Tortilas
3 tablespoons of flour
Dash of pepper
Dash of garlic

What ya do :

Cook chicken until ready - mix in half of your cheese - set aside.
Get your Tortilas are lined up and ready to get stuffed full of goodness.
Place chicken evenly over your tortilas - roll and place in greased pan.
Heat your oven at 350 degrees
In a different saucepan - melt your butter and add flour over medium heat - cook for a few seconds until thicker.
Add in your chicken brooth -stir a lot ! We don't want any flour clumps - those are the opposite of tasty.
Once your mixture is boiling, lower heat and add sour creme and green chilies.
Cook for a few minutes on low.
Pour this mixture over your wrapped tortilas.
Sprinkle the rest of your cheese over the top.
Cook em' up ! For about 25 minutes of so.
I broiled it for the last 10 minutes to get the cheese crusty on top ! Yum !
Alright, sorry again for no pictures on this one. Hope everyone tries this one out !
Thanks for stopping in today - Come back tomorrow.
Bye.Cya
