Happy mid week !
I'm calling this week my project fail week - because I've literally failed at all of them.
It's the worse when this happens, you spend all these hours on projects for your home only to have them turn out nothing like you expected.
So, I've decided, I'm taking the rest of this week OFF home projects, despite all the rain we have been getting, I'll find something else to do with the time.
Laundry ?
Oh it can wait can't it?
With that being said today's post will NOT be about my latest DIY, instead I've put together a little mini morning quick easy workout to share !
Since I've received a few emails asking about fitness posts and seen quite a few of these "picture workouts" on Pinterest I thought it would be fun to put together a little one of my own based on a few exercises I do every morning on an empty stomach.
It's fun, fast and it will make you sweat !
A 20 minute workout.
Now you can't say you don't have time for that.
I even do it in the bathroom while C.A.P is taking his morning bath.
No excuses !
Note : I do this every morning and also aim for the gym 4 times a week in the evenings.
(Aim key word)
Please take note this picture was taken while I was training for a fitness competition, therefor I was placed on a very intense low calorie diet.
Abs are made in the kitchen - Most truthful sentence I've ever heard.
HERE you can read my guest post over on Kim's page - Random Tips on Healthy Eating
That's it for today's post - I'm off to find some inspiration for next week's projects while C.A.P naps.
Thanks for stopping in - I appreciate it as always !
Bye.Cya

I think even pre-kids I could never get abs like that! Well done you! I am so trying this, it actually seems do-able! Thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Rhiannon ! And it's totally doable ;)
DeleteThanks for this post! I ran 4-6 miles and had a weightlifting routine for several years before I got pregnant a year ago. It's so hard to find that 2 hours a day now as a mommy-as I'm sure you know! I'm going to try this workout-).

Thanks for dropping in Allison :)
DeleteThis is inspiring! Yes, no excuses. I accept this challenge! :) I just had my 6 week postpartum check up and have only lost 15 lbs...ugh! I need this jump start to my day!
ReplyDeleteGO Rachel ! Thanks for dropping in :)
DeleteAshley, just wanted to let you know that I'm doing it! I'm not up to three sets yet (my kids finish breakfast/my stomach fails!) but I'm already noticing a difference! This is awesome. Plus doing it before eating seems to help me feel less hungry all day. Even more awesome :) Even my 18 year old brother said I look slimmer!
ReplyDeleteEeeep ! Woohoo Rhiannon ! Good for you darlin'! :)
DeleteI really admire women who are able to take care of themselves while taking care of their family. I am not a mother, but people are very discouraging of my goals to exercise when I do become a mom. Thanks for being an inspiration.
ReplyDeleteColleen
Thanks so Colleen, you're too sweet ! :)
DeleteIt's really difficult to workout as a mom, especially when they're really young. You'll just have to get little quick workouts throughout the day as the kiddos nap or are playing. It helps to have them workout with you *they more play at it than anything lol* as they hit about 3 years and up :) Good luck.
DeleteI can't wait to start this! Finally a work out that I have time for and can handle as I start to get back into shape after my little one! Thanks so much for posting this! P.S. I wish I had abs like that-amazing!
ReplyDeleteYippee ! Glad you found it Katie ! Hope you enjoy it :)
DeleteI just did one set and wanted to DIE! I've been running 2-3 miles regularly and this kicked my butt. Great quick workout!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Brittany ! I'm glad ? haha ! Thanks for stopping in :)
Deleteokay, I'm not in shape or anything and I can't do even one complete set of anything on your list (except pushups, yay!) YET. But I'm adding this as my morning exercise, and hopefully soon I will be able to all those exercises three times! I'm feeling the burn!!! lol. I don't really need to lose weight (not much anyways), I just need to get in shape!
ReplyDeleteKepp pushing - you'll get there :) Great job ! Thanks for stopping in !
DeleteI really enjoy this quick exercise and find it totally doable but I have one issue.I live in a flat and I find myself waiting for the girl who lives below me to leave her flat so I can do the jumping jacks (she's a noise freak - one little noise and she freaks out). I'd like to be able to do this in the morning but she is always home in the am. Any replacements for the jumping jacks? Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteHi Fallon ! Thanks for stopping in. I would say as a replacement for the jumping jacks you could do mountain climbers; however, with that being said - it's still jumping, and it doesn't solve your problem :( The jumping is the cardio part and gets your heart rate up to burn some fat. So if you can, I would continue to try and keep that part up. I sometimes try and jump on my tippy toes when my little man is still sleeping. Hope this helps ! :)
DeleteMaybe try the hallway or stairwell?? Or do them in the bathroom??
DeleteHaving lived in apartments (flats) myself, I understand the concern about making too much noise while working out. Try practicing the soft landing technique (by bending at the knees to absorb the impact) while doing jumping jacks. Alternatively, doing step-ups onto a step stool or small box could provide the needed cardio for fat-burning.
DeleteIt has been so hard for me, I have lost 30 lbs. right away after my little girl was born but have gained that and more back. Doing this along with my workout routine in the morning. I hope I can come 1/4 to having my tummy looking like yours. GREWAT JOB!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the 30 pounds :) Keep it up along with a clean diet and the rest will come off ! Thanks for stopping in !
DeleteTHANK YOU SO MUCH! Just finished my three rounds. I feel amazing.. that awesome BURRRRRRRRRRRN :) quick question, do you have any idea about how many calories burned after three sets? Just wondering :) Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Mariah ! I don't actually know how many calories this workout does so I'll refrain from saying a number in case it may be wrong ! But if it burns then it's working and if it doesn't then add a 4th set :)
DeleteI'm VERY excited about this - I always wanted abs to be proud of, but never really knew what exercises to do. I just recently lost 32 pounds and would love to lose more, but more importantly, I want to tone my body. Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteGreat job Jenni-Lou ! Thanks for stopping in :)
DeleteLunges hurt my knees when I do a lot of them. Any suggestions for an alternative.
ReplyDeleteYou could try step ups - On a chair or bench you have around the house. Here is a youtube video to give you an idea, you dont have to be holding the weights.
Deletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQqApCGd5Ss
Hope that helps you out !
You could also try doing reverse lunges. Step back into the lunge instead of forward. This alleviates some of the stress on the knees.
DeleteWhat do you mean by "do it 3 times"?
ReplyDeleteYou go through the mini workout 3 times.
Delete10 pushups, 20 sit ups, 25 squates, 20 lunges, 80 jumping jacks and 60 second wall sit, then repeat 2 more times.
Ok, so I thought I could do this easily. yeah it totally kicked my butt!! I got to around 5 jumping jacks and was like OMG! Thanks for this. I will be doing it every morning!
ReplyDeleteHi! I love this routine but I can never find the time in the morning. I'm rushing out of the house as it is. I seem to have more time after work before dinner time. Do you think it would be just as effective to do the routine in the afternoon as opposed to the morning?
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa ! Yes it would :)
DeleteOMG the wall sits were the killer! I've been trying to be better about running at least 2 miles every day with the jogging stroller but some days are better than others. Thanks for this! You are an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThey are aren't they ! :) Thanks so much for the kind words !
DeleteI am looking for a way to 'ease' back into shape. I'm going to absolutely try this routine and thank you so very much for posting!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping in Cindy ! :)
DeleteLove this workout! This is definitely doable between my classes and job. Great picture, wish my abs looked like that! Any advice on how many calories I should stay around to lose weight and have a body like that? haha :) Thanks girl! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jessica ! Glad you like the work out, it's a great quick one for sure :) When this photo was taken I was training for a fitness competition (last year and this was the day before) I was placed+ on a low calorie diet and an intense training program. Doing 2 workouts a day (morning cardio and night weights and more cardio) My calorie intake was very low, and it all depends on your starting weight and other factors as well. I was eating 6 small meals a day and my carbs were very low intake. Off season when not training a p+erson should be eating a bit more carbs and calories though. My diets and workout programs come from my personal trainer as I am not one myself ! Hope that answers your question...a little bit !
DeleteThanks for stopping in :)
Could you post some examples of your diet and "eating clean"?
DeleteLiz
I have set my sites on "your" daily workout. I am 58 yrs old and not in too bad of shape :) but certainly need to start doing something to loose a few lbs and firm up!! Used to run 3x a week and need to incorporate that into my "new" program as well. Thank you for your interest in others.
ReplyDeleteGood for you Verna ! Thanks for stopping in :)
Deleteok, i am going to try this!! i think i can do it before my kids get up in the morning..... hope i don't die!! lol!!! thanks for the info!!
ReplyDeletemonica
You won't ! haha ! Good luck :)
DeleteHi, I love the workout! I have also heard that abs are made in the kitchen!! Any good receipes or meal replacement ideas?? Tara
ReplyDeleteThanks Tara ! For meal replacements if I am on the run I always carry a protein shake, but most days I dont miss any meals - I love food too much ! My meals are all pretty plain, no sauces and if I do they are no fat. If you check out my guest post (which I have linked right below the picture on this post - http://www.randomtipsonhealthyeating.com/2012_01_01_archive.html) , I write about a few tricks and ideas for keeping it healthy - hope this helps !
Deleteyou said you also go to the gym 4x a week... is that for cardio or strength or both??
ReplyDeleteYes, for cardio and weights.
DeleteWhat is a wall sit? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHere is a video demo I found for you : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-wV4Venusw
DeleteThink I'm going to give this a try. I'm 35 and fourteen months post baby #4, I've still got 15 pounds to lose. Maybe this will help kick it into gear...or at least shape up what I've got. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping in Beth ! Good luck :)
DeleteI was not expecting it to kick my butt like that! Thanks! I am going to keep this up!
ReplyDeleteWoohoo ! Kepp up the good work !
Deletethanks for posting this i lost my motivation after my third c-section i just can't get rid of my belly fat i hope this works and can you post your low calorie diet
ReplyDeletethanks you are a blessing in disguise....
Hi Monica,
DeleteSince I have a trainer who designs a specific diet for me (my body weight and size)I won't be able to post it on here unfortuntely as I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate it ! But if you are truly interested in getting a diet he does do distance training (over email) you are more than welcome to fire me a quick email ( talesofadomesticmama@hotmail.ca) and I can pass on his name and email to you !
Hope this helps darlin !
Nice workout. I read it wrong at first and took 60 seconds rest after the first two rounds. Obviously that made it easier than it should have been, but it was still pretty tough. After reading it correctly, I tried the wall sit at the end and needless to say I didn't quite hold it for 60 seconds. You're a rock star. I'll definitely try to do this on a daily basis. Also, another tip for mommies...I'm sure this will get old for him, but I did this with my 3 year old in the room and he was counting with me, practicing his numbers up to (and beyond) 20. He also mixed in some of his own moves and jumped while I did the jumping jacks. Fun times with some movement and learning too. Thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteSo fun, my son also makes up his own moves as I do, it's so funny ! Keep it up Diana - hard work pays off :)
DeleteThank you for this. I hike a lot but old age is creeping up on my midsection - maybe this'll be what gets rid of it finally! I'm IKEA-framing it and putting it in the basement next to the tv.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping in and checking it out ! I'm honoured to be IKEA'ed in your basement :) !!!
ReplyDeleteWow. I wishhhh I looked that that! I've been trying everything, working out twice a day (One work out is kickboxing from 1-2 hours), been eating the right things and STILL not losing weight :( With the amount of abs I do I think I should look somewhat close to you. Whats am I doing wrong?? :(
ReplyDeleteA couple of things stick out for me in your comment.
Delete1) Stop wishing and do. It certainly isn't easy (that's why we call it "working" out), but the end result is obviously worth it.
2) Depending on where you are in your fitness journey, it's possibly that you are losing fat pounds, but replacing them with muscle pounds (yes, muscle is denser and "weighs" more than fat). Remember, it's just a number. What really matters are how your clothes fit and if you're losing inches.
3) Believe it or not, losing weight (fat weight that is) is a simple numbers game. Take in less calories than you burn and you will lose weight. Start journaling your food intake with any number of helpful online tools (https://www.supertracker.usda.gov/default.aspx or http://www.myfitnesspal.com are excellent) to let you know how many calories you're consuming and then use a tool like this one: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calories_burned.htm to determine if you're burning more calories than you're consuming.
Love this and can't wait to try! quick question though, why on an empty stomach? Do you normally workout that way, do you suggest that for maximum weight loss?
ReplyDeleteGreat workout! I tried it tonight and could only get through it once! I look forward to getting through it three times
ReplyDeleteThanks Lauren ! Youll be up to 3 in no time !
DeleteYes, you can do exercises at home, Ashley. For instance, you mentioned about doing your laundry. You can get your exercise done while doing laundry: Put the sorted laundry into baskets and bring them out of the bathroom and into the laundry room. Dump them on the floor. Normally, people would just pick up the basket and pour the load into the top-loading washer. However, this time, pick each piece up one by one. Squat while holding in your tummy muscles. The counting depends on you. By the way, how is your diet so far? Good luck on the competition, Ashley!
ReplyDeleteMathias Michelakis
Hi Mathias,
ReplyDeleteYes OF course you can do workouts at home while doing housework etc - I never said you couldn't :)Housework lunges are the best kind ;)
This is simply a mini workout I do in the morning and I wanted to share it with my readers in case they felt like they wanted to give it a try themselves !
This photo was taken last may (2011) which is when I had the competition. I am currently not on the same diet as I was then - that was a low calorie and tons of working out plan (2 plus hours a day at home and at the gym)
Thanks for stopping in and I hope I was able to clear up any confusion about this post !
OMG I did this 3 days ago (all the way through 3 times)and my legs are still killing me! I'm 16 and just wanted to build some muscle because I'm already thin but this was a total killer lol especially if you're like me and this was practically your first workout. I was counting on resting one day and then the next day doing it again but that didn't quite happen...Any ideas when the pain in my body will go away?
ReplyDeleteYou pushed yourself - the pain should be gone without 3 or 4 days. This is common especially since you mentioned you have never worked out too much before. Be careful, maybe next time only try doing 2 sets or if you continue doing it 3 times reduce the amounts of each excersise and eventually work yourself up to the regular workout !
DeleteGreat workout! I was wondering if you had to do 3 sets in a row for it to be effective. Could you do one set in the morning, afternoon, and night? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks Katie - It would def be more affective if you do all three together, this way your heart rate stays up and you actually burn fat.
DeleteIs the 60 second wall sit for cooling down and to straighten up your back? I like that you don't need any exercise equipment, especially since I don't have any at this time.
ReplyDeleteThe wall sit works your legs :)
DeleteIt says at the top of the picture do three times so do you do all of the things on the list and then again and again or do it in the morning afternoon and night??
ReplyDeleteHi Emily - You do it three times in row :)
DeleteHi I saw this on Pinterest and decided to give it a try! I am 10 months post baby and I gained 30 but only lost 15! Ugh I really hope this helps loose the weight. I still have 15-20 to go!! Do you recommed doing it every day or every other? Do you know how long it takes to get results? Thanks!!
ReplyDeleteHeather
Everyday !
DeleteI can't quite say how long before you see results, it all depends on your body now, your diet and if you do any more workouts aside from this in the morning :)
Thanks so much!
DeleteWhat is a wall sit? Everything else is awesome! Going to definitely try this! 20 minutes, I can spare!
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-wV4Venusw&noredirect=1
DeleteI hope that I could get that abs, even just 1/4 of it. hahaha! I am a mother of 3 girls... :)
ReplyDeleteAnything is possible with hard work ! ;)
DeleteWOW AGAIN!!! I love your keep-it-simple-style.
ReplyDelete"Abs are made in the kitchen."
That's gonna haunt me forever. I am no longer in my 20s.
Still having that lovely SITS day? I hope so.
Thanks Maggie !
DeleteGreat workout - super simple and fast! I'm a huge advocate of fitting fitness into our lives. We all can find 20 minutes to do something like this. Working out doesn't necessarily mean 1+ hour workouts. You look awesome in that picture and so true - abs ARE made in the kitchen. Thanks for sharing this!
ReplyDeleteThanks Christine !
DeleteDAMN GIRL!! You go!!! My stomach is my biggest problem area- & I agree with that statement that abs are made in the kitchen...I eat well, but not ab well!!!
ReplyDeleteI love having extra and fresh ideas to break up work outs ... and this one I could do with my kids!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your SITS day!
Why'd you go and wreck all my excuses??? Now I have to do something. . . I though abs like that were an urban gym myth. Now I see they are possible. Perhaps not for mine, they've been in protective custody since baby #2 (only 14 years ago. . .) Happy SITS day!
ReplyDeletehaha too funny Denise ! Thanks !
DeleteI pinned this to pinterest so I can find it later :). I definitely need to do something. I need to lose at least 30 lbs. I'm not sure if I'll ever have abs like you, but I'd at least like to have a flatter stomach lol.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.southernpixie.com
Very simple. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteTotally doable! I love workouts I can do from home!
ReplyDeleteHappy SITS Day!
Wow! I'm trying this workout today!! :-D
ReplyDeleteThe only way I could get such abs is if they grew on my butt! Kudos to you, though!
ReplyDeleteWait, are those YOUR abs? Oh. My. God.
ReplyDeleteMy own abs are cowering in fear right now.
haha ! Thanks :)
DeleteOk, this is fantastic for a time crunch workout. Been looking for something like this for awhile! Thank you! Cool abs by the way...inspiring! Stopping by from SITS.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! As a SAHM to two little boys, I don't have much time to myself. But 20 minutes sounds doable! Going to give it a shot. Stopping by from SITS!
ReplyDeleteAh, man...those abs are just a dream! Happy SITS day!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I'll wind up with those abs, but thanks to a heat wave, I do think I've found how to work in 20 minutes of exercise--I've been getting up earlier to walk the dog in the mornings, so that we don't have to do it when we get home and it's still over 100.
ReplyDeleteNow all I have to do is keep getting up at 5 even after the heat wave is over! The dog will be disappointed, though.
Great way to do a short workout without fancy equipment. Now I just need accountability....
ReplyDeleteThat's a fab list of "no equipment required" exercises. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteCool! Perfect for work-at-homies who have no time to exercise (Read: too lazy to exercise)... Happy SITS Day! :)
ReplyDeleteThis workout sounds really good, I need to try it. and OMG those are some kids abs. Do you think after having two babies I can tone my stomach? I may not have abs like those but I want to be toned. What do you suggest for eating.
ReplyDeleteSopping by from SITS
Hey there ! You can check out my guest post on tips for healthy eating under the picture above in this post ! Hope this helps darling ! Anything is possible ! :) Thanks for stopping in !
DeleteWow! You look great!!! I'd never look like that.
ReplyDeleteThis is great. I've been looking for a good, quick morning workout. Every since I got married (and got on birth control) I've gained about 15 pounds. I really want to lose that and get back to my normal weight, and hopefully be a little bit more toned than I was!! ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks Eryn - Good luck :)
DeleteI did this this morning, my 2yr old was right beside me doing her version of it too!
ReplyDeleteLove it, mine does the same ! Too cute eh ? :)
Deletei just tried this. i am only a teenager (16 years old) and i hardly ever work out. i'm always on pinterest or hanging out with friends or at work or reading a book- well you get the picture. and i guess part of the reason i stay away from workouts are because i have asthma. but i came across this link on pinterest and decided to try it. a good sweat and definitely hard enough for someone who doesn't even work out but i'm willing to give it a try for a while. Thanks so much for the inspiration. i can only hope that i would be as dedicated at this as a mom one day as you are! (:
ReplyDeleteAmazing abs so inspiring! I love to run but I really need to work on my abs. It really is about mixing up your fitness workouts so you get both cardio and muscle building workouts in your weekly routine.
ReplyDeleteYes, you definitely needed that rest after working so hard on your project. I know you can do it! Look at yourself - you've done a great job being beautiful, fit, and healthy. You inspire other moms. You've done a great job disciplining yourself by having a morning workout plan.
ReplyDeleteMathias Michelakis
Thanks !
DeleteBy golly!!!!!!!!! What a 'killer'!! :) :)
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna call you the Amazing Ashley (hope you don't mind). :-)
haha ! Thanks so much !
DeleteDo you have any other advice/quick workouts for a college student? I will definitely be trying this one out!
ReplyDeleteHey I just came across your post I love it!! Would you mind sharing the diet part? Please! :)

ReplyDeleteWow very inspirational! I'm trying to get into shape but I am not there yet. And what keeps me going is a great diet smoothie after my workouts it is so refreshing.

I am a mom of 2 girls and I don't get much 'me' time. I tried this workout a few months ago. i got up before my kids and husband and did the workout. Than my girls started getting up when I did and I hate working out in front of people. Do you have any tips on what I should do in order to get a workout?
ReplyDeleteCould you sneak in two sets of the workout while they are in the shower or eating breakfast? Or depending on how old they are turn it into a game and have them try it with you. Good to encourage fitness to all ages. Or just push yourself to stay on track even if they are awake. Just think your health is to important to let embarrassment hold you back. Good luck to you. Let's motivate each other I just got a workout in I hope you can get one done today!!
DeleteThis workout can definitely fit into your schedule and a great workout to hit all the major muscles. And if your looking for a great cardio workout try dance workouts it is a lot of fun and doen't feel like exercise.
ReplyDeleteI am 29 was very active in my teens. I played just about every support that I could. Now I've gotten lazy and have an excuses for everything. I am not over weight but would like to tone. I can no longer have excuses I'm getting married next September and want to look amazing in my wedding dress and on my honeymoon. So here we go.... I'm going to post my results about every two weeks to try to keep everyone else motivated . time to get to work!!!!
ReplyDeleteFor example, if your right leg is significantly stronger than your left leg, you cannot compensate for the weaker leg. Your left leg will have to "catch up in strength" to the right leg. These exercises will also prepare your body for heavier weights and intense plyometric and speed exercises. workotus for women
ReplyDeleteI just started this work out two days ago. I could only do 2 reps of everything and i could barely walk afterward! I didn't do it for 2 days but then today I did 3 of each rep. I'm not in shape at all and i'm trying to find ways to have an inspiration to eat healthy so i can lose weight and gain a better life style.
ReplyDeleteHow long must you continue the workout to get abbs (ex: 2 months, 1 year, 5 days?)

ReplyDeleteI tried to view your "random tips for healthy eating" but it wouldn't let me in. It said I wasn't invited to the blog.
ReplyDeleteI also tried to view the "random tips" link but it denied me. Is that blogger a public blogger? If she wants followers, she'll probably need to lower her security settings. I'd like to see her stuff!
ReplyDeleteThis is an awesome workout, and so do-able with small children in the house! My kids get a real kick out of watching me and joining in, I love that I'm modelling fitness and looking after myself to them and they are building good habits. I'm not quite at the 60 second wall sit yet, and if I do make it its only for the first rep and I need to bail out earlier in the following reps. Thanks so much for sharing this - it has taken the excuses of not knowing what to do out of the equation for me!
ReplyDeleteI found your Mini Workout through Pinterest and can't wait to give it a try. I also wanted to view your "Random Tips"but it wouldn't let me. Anyway I could view it? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteAwesome I did all three reps, my 2 and 3 year old were having so much fun doing the jumping jacks with me :) love the mini work out and by the way im so looking forward for those abs like yours ; )
ReplyDeleteI enjoy what youve got right here, adore what youre stating and the way you say it.work out reviews
ReplyDeleteI am also enjoying what you have put up here. Do you know what supplements are best to take after a workout?

Hi my name is Teresa and I have a very specific goal. My boyfriend's best friend is coming back from the marines June 6th and I would love to lose 25 pounds by then. I recently also cut out processed foods for health reasons and its good for my skin and hair. (I'm 5'3" 145lbs and most weight I gain in my belly but most people think I'm around 130) Do you think this is a reasonable goal? This definitely inspires me so thank you. :)
ReplyDeleteSorry about all of you DIY projects. It's always hard to predict how everything will turn out. But, good for you for thinking of something else, like exercising! I love this little workout. It can really do so much for you and it's only a few exercises. I was wondering though, do you know where to buy dumbbells cheap online? Lifting weights would add a lot to this little routine! Thanks again.
ReplyDeleteI haven't worked out in a couple of weeks (bad), so I thought I would start with something "easy" tonight. I WAS WRONG! I ran 1.5 miles then proceeded to do this because I thought it wouldn't be bad and take about 5-10 mins... this was before I actually read this page! Wow, I only made it through 2 sets and that took 12-13 mins. This is tough! Thighs burning!
ReplyDelete
